菜飯加洋蔥豬扒
因為要諗計想大少食多D菜菜!
白菜切細細粒用 garlic 炒一炒, 加雞湯同D米一齊煮
豬扒加喼汁, 糖放大約30 mins, 放 salt, pepper, 豉油, 油, 麻油30 mins, 煎到半熟攞出黎剪開一條條! 用返同一隻 pan 放已經切開既洋蔥加D糖同老抽差唔多軟身就放返D豬扒落去! 熟咗洋蔥開始 melt...
成功大少食咗1/2 碗飯
