Lemon cheesecake

因為上次食過人地整既覺得好味但係個餅底唔夠好? 之後Popo 又攞咗個人地整既 cheesecake 返黎!但係呢個D cheesecake 又㖔夠好? 所以我決定自己做!!! Online 睇咗好耐之後 mix & match... 今日終於試做

先要做好個底 graham cracker 1 cup, sugar 1tsp 加牛油5 tsp! D 餅要好碎D牛油要熱之後放入 cupcake 底唔好太大力如果唔係個底會太實呀! 做完放入雪櫃先做中間 cheese cake..... 枓有糖 2/3 cup, cream cream 8oz, sour cream 1/2 cup, salt 1/8 tsp, 2 eggs, 1 tsp villain oil!全部要 room temp 呀! Cream cheese 自己用機打至軟身加糖同salt! 打到佢地 mix together, 一隻一隻蛋打入, mix well together 先加 sour cream 同 villain oil! 再打一陣, 開焗爐 300F!!! 加D cheese 去餅底一齊焗18-22mins. D cheese 可以唔太熟! 等涷之後雪幾個鐘 (今日雪咗4個鐘)做lemon crud, sugar 3/4, lemon juice 1/3, egg 3, butter 4tsp, lemon zest 1 tsp; 蛋, 糖, lemon juice 放晌加滾水上煮10 mins 到 thick 身, take it out 加牛油 mix 之後加埋 lemon zest, 又等涼後放雪櫃! 我就等到食先放上面因為大少唔鐘意食lemon! 其實可以一早放定
